If your item is in stock, we will dispatch all orders the same day,
if your order is placed before 12pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address you provided when placing your order.
We will choose the courier service we consider to be the most suitable depending on the size, quantity of boxes and weight of your order.
What if I am out when it is delivered?
If there is an occasion where they attempt to deliver your order and you are out, usually they will leave a card or send you an email to notify you that they have attempted delivery.
That card and/or email will have instructions about how to arrange redelivery or in some cases, if you can arrange to collect the order (from the sorting office for example).
We offer two delivery options, these are:
- Standard delivery
- Next day delivery*
If you choose standard delivery you can expect your order within 2-3 working days unless you are told otherwise. On many occasions these can arrive within one day from dispatch but this is not a guaranteed service.
Please talk to one of our customer service advisors if you would like to delay a delivery, or have a date you would like the order to arrive. We cannot guarantee exact day, but can delay the order for one week for example if you are going to be away.*Please Note:
Currently, our Next Day Guaranteed service can only be requested by calling our Customer Service team on 01865 392 444 and paying the relevant surcharge.
Next Day delivery is only available on working days and is not available for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Some areas of Scotland, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles may have restrictions on orders which can be delivered next day.
Out of Stock Items
Most items that are out of stock will be available for pre-order. In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, and the website has not been updated to show this, you will be notified immediately and given an estimated date for when the item will be available. At this point you can choose to cancel the order, and will be given alternatives to the product you have chosen. If a suitable substitute is not found, then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. We aim to keep all our websites as up to date as possible but appreciate your patience where items are not updated immediately.

Please be aware that when items are faulty we usually require photographic evidence so we can take the appropriate and best course of action. To help speed up the process fo dealing with any enquiry of this nature, please send the phtographs across with your email, or prior to your phone call with details of your order reference, name and address.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen calendar days upon agreement of the terms of the refund. On product returns we will only process the refund within fourteen calendar days of receiving the product back in a re-saleable condition (this is not applicable in cases of manufacture defect). Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the refund.
