This Mitre Match Football is one of our favourite pro-quality match balls. Launched in 2018, this Mitre Match Football is a quality replacement for anyone who has purchased Mitre Pro Max footballs in the past. A new delta graphic was introduced in 2021. The new Delta Plus ball has a unique 14-configuration with an exclusive embossed surface that manipulates airflow around the ball, giving better accuracy, improved flight, and superior speed.
The Mitre Delta Plus match ball has the FIFA Pro Quality accreditation mark and is currently only available in size 5. The embossed outer layer is manufactured with a high-quality 1.4mm Japanese PU outer, which overlays the 4.5mm hyperfoam backing. All of this gives the player improved touch, feel, and power, while also making the ball more durable and environmentally friendly.
Built with control, accuracy, and power in mind, the Delta Plus also uses the revolutionary Hyperseam technology to ensure the ball has almost zero water uptake. This feature means this Mitre Match Football is suitable for use in all weather conditions.
Please take extra care when inflating this Mitre Match Football. Always use Mitre Gylcerine to lubricate the needle prior to inflating the ball. DO NOT use spit or water to lubricate the needle, as this is abrasive and rubber repels water, so the needle will not become lubricated and can often cause damage to the bladder or valve.
