Have you ever wondered how fast you bowl? Whether you are a spinner, medium paced seam bowler or a fast bowler, I bet you have seen Monty Panesar or Stuart Broad, on television and thought how does my speed compare. Now, with the Platypus Speedball Cricket ball, you can accurately measure your own bowling speed.
To ensure the ball records an accurate speed, you will first decide what length you wish to bowl the ball. Set this measurement into the ball sensor, grip the ball and bowl. When you pitch the ball in the desired area you will be able to see your bowling speed in the Spedballs electronic sensor.
This ball is for recording speed only and should never be used with a cricket bat.
All measurements are in metres and the speed recorded is in kilometres.
The Speedball is only available in orange. It has a realistic seam and is a similar weight to a real cricket ball.

'More incredible than an Incrediball, this bright orange nut not only feels and bowls like a proper pill but - with the help of a very clever sensor - it can also tell you how fast (or slow) you're bowling. A truly super ball'
