Tchoukball

The game of Tchoukball is a fast actioned game consisting of teams of 6. It is popular with men and women, boys and girls.
The fact it is a non contact sport means mixed sex can train together. The main actions involved in Tchoukball are catching and throwing.

One team attempts to throw the ball at the Tchoukball frame and the defenders attempt to stop the ball from hitting the ground, after it rebounds off of the frame. If they succeed, they become the attackesrs, if they fail the attacking side scores a point.
