We stock most items in our Oxfordshire based warehouses.
If your item is in stock, we dispatch all orders the same day
if your order is placed before 12pm on working day (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address you provided when placing your order. You should receive tracking information for your order via email, or text and email if you have provided us with a mobile number.
We will offer you the courier services we consider to be the most suitable depending on the size and weight of your order.
Very small items (under 2kg) can go with Royal Mail, items under 30kg and under 1.2m in length are sent using UK Mail. Anything large and bulky will be sent using XDP Express.
Unfortunately there are some areas that our couriers cannot deliver heavy and bulky items to. If this is the case, you will be told at the check out and will need to provide a delivery address that is in a deliverable area. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your options.
We offer a number of delivery options, depending on where you live. These include:for Small Items:
- Royal Mail Post (for most items under 2kg and under £20 in value)
Royal Mail Second Class should arrive within 3 working days, First Class Post should arrive next day (including Saturdays).for Medium Items:
- Two Working Day Courier Delivery (will arrive within two working days)
- Express Next Day Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery service)for Large Items:
- Big & Heavy 2 Day Delivery (items 30kg and/or over 1.2m in length - will arrive two working days from dispatch)
- Big & Heavy Next Day Delivery (items 30kg and/or over 1.2m in length - will arrive the next working day after dispatch)
- Two Man Booked-In Service (is only used for large consignments over 200kg in weight or items being shipped from elsewhere - this is a 10 working day service, if selected you will be contacted by our customer service team who will advise you further)
If you choose either of our two day services you can expect your order within 2 working days unless you are told otherwise. On many occasions these can arrive within one day from dispatch but this is not a guaranteed service.
If you choose the Next Day delivery service, please note, that orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday and the Next Day delivery will be on the Tuesday.
Please talk to one of our customer service advisers if you would like to delay a delivery, or have a date you would like the order to arrive. We cannot guarantee exact day, but can delay the order for one week for example if you are going to be away.

If you live in one of these areas there will be a delivery surcharge on your order in addition to the standard charge. This will be automatically calculated at the check out. If your products cannot be shipped to your location you will be told at checkout. If you have any queries relating to these charges please do not hesitate to contact us.

Out of Stock Items
Most items that are out of stock will be available for pre-order. This will show where the add to cart button usually is, and in most cases will show a back in stock date. Please note that these dates are subject to change, and in extreme circumstances product restock dates can be delayed. We endeavour to notify all customers if products will be delayed. In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, and the website has not been updated to show this, you will be notified immediately and given an estimated date for when the item will be available. At this point you can choose to cancel the order, and will be given alternatives to the product you have chosen. If a suitable substitute is not found, then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. We aim to keep all our websites as up to date as possible but appreciate your patience where items are not updated immediately.
Can I track my delivery?
If your order has been sent on a normal two working day service, a Big & Heavy service or a next day service then you will be sent tracking information via email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team who will send these details to you.
Unfortunately we cannot track items sent with Royal Mail at this time.
What if I am out when it is delivered?
If there is an occasion where they attempt to deliver your order and you are out, usually they will leave a card or send you an email to notify you that they have attempted delivery.
That card and/or email will have instructions about how to arrange redelivery or in some cases, if you can arrange to collect the order (from the sorting office for example).

Please be aware that when items are faulty we usually require photographic evidence so we can take the appropriate and best course of action. To help speed up the process of dealing with any enquiry of this nature, please send the photographs across with your email, or prior to your phone call with details of your order reference, name and address.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the goods are received back to us and always within 14 calendar days of receipt of return or agreement.
