The unstable rugby ball has to be filled with 280g of water which is approximately 200ml's. The Dunlop Stage 2 Tennis balls come in a sturdy bucket containing 60 orange/yellow tennis balls. These are designed for use by beginners of all ages due to the lower bounce, giving the player more time to complete their shot. Great for coaching skills and drills.
The ITF Approved Dunlop Stage 2 ball is around 50% slower than a standard tennis ball as it has a lower compression and so offers a lower and slower bounce making the ball slightly easier to hit.
