Andy Murray v David Ferrer

Andy Murray v David Ferrer

, 1 min reading time

Well the dream semi of Rafa Nadal playing Andy Murray never materialized, as Nadal was surprisingly beaten by fellow Spaniard, David Ferrer. With Ferrer winning in 3 sets he was quick to point out that it felt slightly hollow, as Nadal pulled his hamstring early in the first set. Murray though, having only dropped one set so far, will be even more confident to return to the final, as he did in 2010. This is a fantastic opportunity, for Murray to win his first Grand Slam tennis tournament, we are hoping he goes one better this time. Good luck Andy, it would be good to have another British victory in Australia, following our Ashes victory.
