The Mitre Ultimatch ball uses the best qualities of the Hyperseam technology and is now their base level match ball. The Ultimatch is being rebranded as the Mitre Ultimatch One and we shall be phasing these new balls in as they arrive. The size 5 white model is now the new design in Ultimatch One. Available in a striking white/silver/blue graphic, in size 3, 4 and 5. The new Ultimatch ball is constructed with a 20 panel design and has a superb textured surface which gives improved grip and control. This match ball is a soft touch ball and has an increased 4.5mm hyperfoam backing, this helps retain the power through the ball as it is kicked. On top of this, the ball also has an enhanced 0.6mm PU outer to make it more durable and improve the touch and feel of the ball. Please note the previous Mitre Ultimatch balls for 2018 are now known as the Mitre Ultimatch Plus and are IMS approved in size 5. The 2019 Mitre Ultimatch IS NOT IMS approved. Please take extra care when inflating your ball, always use Mitre Gylcerine to lubricate the needle prior to inflating the ball. DO NOT use spit or water to lubricate the needle as this is abrasive and rubber repels water so, the needle will not become lubricated and can often cause damage to the bladder or valve.

The IMS Approved Mitre Ultimatch Plus match football is a direct replacement for previous versions of the Ultimatch. To clarify the 2017 version of the Ultimatch is now known as the Ultimatch Plus. This ball is Mitre's mid level match ball suitable for clubs and schools. The Ultimatch Plus is available in 2 colours - yellow and white, and 3 sizes - size 3, 4 and 5. This ball is still constructed using the revolutionary Hyperseam technology and will not take on water, making it one of the best value match balls around. As the quality improves through the range so does the outer cover, on the Ultimatch Plus ball the outer is enhanced to an impressive 1mm PU outer which gives the user enhanced durability and improved feel. We now also stock the Calcio Match Plus football which is the same quality as the Ultimatch Plus but with a great new graphic design. Designed for control and accuracy the size 5 Ultimatch Max ball has been awarded the FIFA Quality badge and is constructed with a unique 20 panel design. The size 4 ball is constructed in the same way and uses the same materials but has not been tested to gain the FIFA quality badge. The Ultimatch Max is Mitre's top level match before we enter the professional quality balls. The improved 1.1mm PU outer has a unique textured finish to improve control and touch. The 4.5mm hyperfoam backing also helps the player with control but aids the transition of power from boot to ball.
