The Lusum set of Telescopic poles are suitable for all ages where agility training with a speed of direction is required. Perfect for use in all sports that require an obstacle to use for dribbling, running with a ball, change of direction and agility training drills.
One problem with standard poles is it can be difficult to transfer from the training ground to home or storage facility. These poles are telescopic so can fit easily into the boot space of most cars.
This Lusum set of telescopic poles includes 12 adjustable poles with ground spikes and a heavy duty canvas carry bag.
The poles are adjustable from 90 cm to 170cm and each pole has a diameter of 34mm
Not suitable for indoor use as they do have a spike at the bottom of the pole but they can be inserted into a rubber base, as the height of the base is generally more than the length of the spike. (Bases sold separately)
