This ball is one of our favourite pro quality match balls, launched in 2018 this ball is a quality replacement for anyone that has purchased the Mitre Pro Max footballs in the past. A new delta graphic introduced in 2021. The new Delta Plus ball has a unique 14 configuration with an exclusive embossed surface which manipulates airflow around the ball, giving better accuracy, improve flight and superior speed.
The Mitre Delta Plus match ball has the FIFA Pro Quality accreditation mark and is currently only available in size 5. The embossed outer layer is manufactured with a high quality 1.4mm Japanese PU outer, which overlays the 4.5mm hyperfoam backing. All of this gives the player improved touch, feel and power, whilst making the ball more durable and environmentally friendly too.
Built with control, accuracy and power in mind, the Delta Plus also uses the revolutionary Hyperseam technology to ensure the ball has almost zero water uptake. This feature means the ball is suitable for use in all weather conditions.
Please take extra care when inflating your ball, always use Mitre Gylcerine to lubricate the needle prior to inflating the ball. DO NOT use spit or water to lubricate the needle as this is abrasive and rubber repels water so, the needle will not become lubricated and can often cause damage to the bladder or valve.
